How do I place an order online?
Ordering at 1choice4quilting.com is easy and convenient! Simply select your favorite items click "add to shopping cart." This will then take you to review the item, quantity and pricing in your shopping cart. You can continue shopping as the item will remain in your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping you can review your shopping cart and click "checkout." The final items, quantities and sales totals will be shown on the order review page before you place the order.
When will my order be processed?
We will begin processing your order immediately upon receipt.
What happens when I place an order online?
Once you place your order online, you will receive a copy of your order via email. Please make sure all of your contact information is correct.
Is your site safe to put my credit card information on?
Absolutely! We pay extra money each month to host our store with Yahoo which uses the most up to date
sophisticated security and uses SECURE pages for your order processing. Plus,
it's Yahoo! They know how to protect your information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
How soon will my item be shipped?
Most orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Monday - Friday will be shipped out the same day. Otherwise, we will ship them to you the next business day. All orders are shipped from Pennsylvania so you should expect 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.
Will I get an email confirmation?
After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and do not get a confirmation email check your junk mail folder first; otherwise, send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org). It is important you receive this confirmation email.
How do I change or cancel my order?
You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed. Please email email@example.com as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges. If your order has been processed and shipped already, you can send the item(s) back and we will refund your money.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes, once your item has been shipped we will email you with Tracking Information. We want you to know where your order is at all times.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Sales tax is only collected for items being shipping to the state of Pennsylvania.
How is my item shipped?
Items are shipped via USPS. USPS is extremely reliable, arrives
quickly, and is the least expensive shipping method. Tracking information is provided to monitor your order from the moment it is shipped. Flat rate shipping of $2.95 for orders under $10 and $4.95 shipping for all orders between $10-50. All orders over $50 receive free shipping!
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Some items can ship to PO Boxes if absolutely necessary. If you need to ship to a PO Box please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the item(s) you are interested in purchasing.
What is your Satisfaction Guarantee Policy?
We want you to LOVE us so all merchandise is guaranteed for our customer's 100% satisfaction. We will immediately send a replacement to you if an incorrect,
defective, or damaged item is received.
What if I want to return an item because I don't like the color or feel of the fabric?
No problem! You have 30 days after receiving your item to decide if you love it,
or hate it. If you hate it, no worries! Send it back to us. We will give you a
full refund minus the shipping. If you received free shipping, we will calculate
the actual cost of sending the item to you and deduct that from the returned amount.
How do I return an item?
You have 30 days upon receipt in which to contact us regarding a return.
Please contact us
an RMA Number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number. All
merchandise returned must include the original package containing the
merchandise received. Additionally, we do ask that the return shipment be sent
in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was
previously used for shipping the merchandise. All returns must be received in
the same condition as when shipped.
